Four years ago I suffered a knee injury - that led me to trying yoga to get my knees back to health. Three months in, I discovered that not only my knee has started to get better, but I also found calm in my mind. I fell in love with yoga.
These past few years, I have been doing yoga training for over 1000 hours. I am happy to share the ways of yoga to help you obtain health, calm, life balance and rediscover the feeling of being present in the moment.
In my yoga class, I always combine breathing with movement. I let my students focus on breathing and with that practice return to the present moment. Of course, the yoga I share is not only about static breathing exercises - any living thing cannot thrive without flow or movement. Therefore, through the dynamic component of yoga practice, one can increase their vitality and balance the inner life energy.
