Daisy's Vinyasa Flow Yoga places great emphasis on the perfect combination of one inhalation, one exhalation, and body flow. The postures are completed in one breath cycle, with smooth movements similar to flowing clouds and flowing water. The difficulty level gradually increases, while the movement balances high and low intensity. In class we explore our bodies from the outside to the inside, from one posture to another the energy processes are continuous. Fluid transitions in Vinyasa Flow Yoga allow students to improve energy levels and vitality, makes us balanced and at peace with ourselves.
This fluid practice makes the body comfortable, and it is also a journey of understanding oneself, realizing oneself.
